Not sure I agree at all that bullet voting is unethical. In fact, I did not exercise all my votes in the latest local election in Attleboro simply because I did not like the candidates I could choose from - does that make me unethical? No. Small-t...

Too bad our state is setting a very POOR example in wind power by the nonsense revolving around the Cape Wind project. The rich, late Teddy Kennedy included, have used more money to block this because of their elite "not in my backyard" attitude t...

I think the idea is that the parking is for someone to catch a train rather than drive to the city - a valid point. However, I think the project should look more towards "green" as a way to sell the project as something cutting-edge and with a vis...

No inconvenience Mark, I just offered some constructive criticism of quality over volume and you appear to be VERY defensive about it. Isn't the purpose of a blog to open discussion and debate rather than stifle it? Maybe I am wrong. The reason th...

There is no debate. I have nothing to debate with anyone. I am doing my job as The Sun Chronicle expects me to do it, and therefore, my blogging will continue as it has. It's regrettable that somehow, my blogging inconveniences some members of the...

Blog-Hogging - sometimes folks can't take constructive criticism and are threatened by other peoples opinions

Well, I was reading the blogs between Mark and Vincent about Blog-hogging and thought to comment as I felt Vincent had some valid points. I responded a second time and then received a comment from Mark stating that he was not posting my response . . . . well, isn't that in the spirit of a gentleman's debate! Nope. Better to silence your critic than to have a discussion and take constructive criticism for what it is, a simple suggestion that may, or may not, be valid. Too bad Mark, I thought you… Continue

My blog, my rules. From the very beginning of my blog, I have operated under a strict rule (with frequent published reminders) that I moderate comments here.

This is a forum to talk sports, not to deliver amateur psychoanalysis to determine my motives under the guise of "constructive criticism." You don't like the multiple posts? I understand that. I've told you why I do it and why they will continue. There is nothing else to be discussed.

I've read what you have to say and have given it all the consideration it's due. I'm doing what The Sun Chronicle expects me to do, and what it expects of me is the most important factor here.

I have opted not to run your second comment because it takes several tangential spins off the topic. Once again, I am blogging to the extent that has become the industry standard. If you do not want to read my posts, click on "All Posts" or come back to the social network once a game is over. I am not posting to accommodate the social network; I am posting in accordance with the needs and expectations of The Sun Chronicle, which has to use the social network as the launching point of my blog and our other staff blogs. Whether you care to see multiple posts by me on the social network is not something I need to worry about.
