According to various reports, Mansfield High School football coach Mike Redding is attempting this morning, one last time, to convince the MIAA to formally review the circumstances leading to his team's forfeiture of two games and disqualification from today's Division 2 football playoff game (scheduled for 5:15 p.m. at Bridgewater-Raynham).

Failing that, it appears that a hearing has been scheduled for 2 p.m. in Taunton Superior Court, where Mansfield would seek an injunction against the MIAA to allow the Hornets to play Bishop Feehan as scheduled.

For Bishop Feehan, the only option will be for the kids to be dressed and prepared to get on a bus for B-R

The longer it takes, the more unfair it becomes for everyone involved. The decision must come quickly and unfortunately for the three teams (Bishop Feehan, Mansfield, & North Attleboro) it may have already been made. There may NOT be enough to overturn the call on the field...
*I'd like to see Feehan win their spot-
