At least three of our local high school football teams will be playing host to out-of-state opponents this year, adding spice to the always exciting football season.
Attleboro will play host to Darien, Conn., on Oct. 24 at Tozier-Cassidy Field, a 4 p.m. start for the Saturday game.
Bishop Feehan has a return match with Barrington, R.I., on Oct. 2, a Friday-night encounter at McGrath Stadium.
And Foxboro will play host to Rutland, Vt., on Sept. 25 at the Ahern School Field, a 7 p.m. start.
